Two free things.
One turns meeting notes into a finished action list. The other is for people who build their own skills.
Free action items list
Paste in the notes from a meeting and get back a one-page action list in your brand. Each action quotes the line of the notes it came from, so anyone can check it against what was said.
It comes with the brand setup, the same one Document Ops uses. You end with your brand kit in place and one finished document, at no cost.
- Name an owner nobody named. “TBD”, “someone” and “we” don’t count.
- Reword what was said. Every action quotes the notes word for word.
- Run onto a second page.
$0, or pay what you want. The source is also on GitHub. More about the action list →
It stops and asks.
These notes have five actions. One is assigned to Morgan, but the line it quotes never mentions Morgan. Another is marked “TBD”.
“Morgan” looks like an answer. On the page it would look exactly like “Ana”, whom the notes do name. So it writes no document and tells you who to ask about.
- Action 3
- The owner “Morgan” isn’t named in the line it quotes. Who owns it?
- Action 5
- “TBD” names nobody. Who owns it?
Free skill audit
Point it at a skill file and it grades the file against the same seven-point standard every pack here has to meet. It names what is missing on each failure and gives a plain result: pass, needs a look, or fail.
If you want finished documents rather than a way to grade skill files, start with the action list above.
